Enclosed is a copy ofthe corrected final report for the May 9, 1995, plume exposure pathway exercise ofthe offsite radiological emergency response plans, site-specific to the Donald C. Cook Nuclear Power Station. An additional review ofthe report was conducted and regrettably errors were found on page 10, "Table 2: Summary Results of Exercise Evaluation" and page 14, the "State ofMichigan" results section. We apologize for this mistake.
Please destroy your copy ofthe report dated September 6, 1995 and retain the enclosed corrected copy dated December 13, 1995. Corrected copies ofthis report have been provided to the State ofMichigan and our National Office.
Reference our September 18, 1995 letter, the Title 44 CFR, Part 350, approval ofthe offsite radiological emergency response plans and preparedness for the State ofMichigan, site-specific to the Donald C. Cook Nuclear Power Station, granted on September 28, 1983, willremain in effect.
