REQUEST FOR WITHHOLDING INFORMATION FROM PUBLIC DISCLOSURE Our letter of July 7, 1995, (AEP;NRC:1184H2) included as Attachment 3
information that was considered proprietary 'to Westinghouse Electric Corporation (Westinghouse).
By letter dated November 6, 1995, the NRC requested that we provide an application for withholding and affidavit in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790.
The proprietary information contained in Attachment 3
to AEP:NRC:1184H2 has been differentiated and the information in the attachment reissued by Westinghouse as WCAP 14537 (proprietary) and WCAP 14538 (nonproprietary).
These WCAPs are contained in Attachments 1 and 2, respectively.
Attachment 1 also contains a
Westinghouse authorization
- letter, CAW-95-909, accompanying affidavit, proprietary information notice, and copyright notice.
The affidavit sets forth the basis on which the information may be withheld from public disclosure by the Commission and addresses with specificity the considerations listed in paragraph (b)(4) of 10 CFR 2.790.
Accordingly, it is respectfully requested that the information which is proprietary to Westinghouse be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790.
