Cook Plant reference materials for use in developing and administering our upcoming NRC RO Initial License Retake Examination.
Accompanying this letter are eleven (11) boxes conta'ining these materials..
A complete replication of these materials have been sent to Mr. Dave Prawdzik of Lockheed Idaho Technology Company.
In addition Mr.
Prawdzik has been supplied with a
copy of an RO examination which was originally generated for administration under the current pilot examination process.
For your convenience a brief summary of the contents of these boxes is provided.
A complete index of the material is included in box gl of the shipment.
