This letter transmits one set of approved (where appropriate) Cook Plant reference materials for use in developing and administering our upcoming NRC RO Initial License Retake Examination.

Accompanying this letter are eleven (11) boxes conta'ining these materials .. A complete replication of these materials have been sent to Mr. Dave Prawdzik of Lockheed Idaho Technology Company. In addition Mr. Prawdzik has been supplied with a copy of an RO examination which was originally generated for administration under the current pilot examination process.

For your convenience a brief summary of the contents of these boxes is provided. A complete index of the material is included in box gl of the shipment.
