STEAM GENERATOR TUBE INTERIM PLUGGING CRITERIA REQUEST FOR ADDITIONALINFORMATION The purpose of this letter is to comply with an NRR staff request to update and correct the proprietary classification of Westinghouse reports WCAP-13187 (proprietary) and WCAP-13188 (non-proprietary), previously submitted to support our Cook Nuclear Plant Unit 1 steam generator tube repair program.
Attachment 1
contains the updated Westinghouse affidavit and application for withholding proprietary information from public disclosure.
Attachment 2 contains the corrected copy of WCAP-13188 Rev.
1 with the proper coverleaf indicating it is a non-proprietary class 3
version of the information.
WCAP-13187 was provided with our June 7,
1995 letter AEP:NRC:1166S.
