COOK NUCLEAR PLANT We appreciate the advance notification of planned NRC Regional Initiative inspection activities provided in your June 7,
- 1995, letter on this subject.
Three of the seven inspections identified for conduct during 1995 have been completed as of July 19, 1995.
Of the remaining four, only IP 37550 (ENG),
scheduled for ll/13-12/1/95, represents a
potential hardship in that it is scheduled to commence very close to the scheduled completion of a refueling outage.
We request that, if possible, the start date of IP 37550 (ENG) be kept
- flexible, subject to confirmation in the late October/early November time frame.
