Dear Mr. FitzpatricP:
This letter is to notify you that the final phase of the reduced scope NRC inspection of the service water system operational performance inspection (SWSOPI) is scheduled for June 20 to June 30, 1995.
We expect that H. A. Walker will be at the D. C.
Cook plant from June 20 through June 24, 1995, with three inspectors on site from June 26 through June 30.
This schedule is contingent upon the completion and issuance of your final internal assessment report prior to May 31, 1995.
