Results:
Based
on the results of this inspection,
one potential violation was
identified regarding
a failure to evaluate
some derogatory information
developed during the background investigation which resulted in the granting
of unescorted
access
to an individual who would have
been denied
access.
The
event
was discovered
by another
member utility of the Integrated
Nuclear Data
Exchange
(INDEX) system
and
who reported it to the
Cook plant.
The latter
reported it to the
NRC Operations
Center in a one hour report
as required
by
