REVIEW OF REVISION 13 TO THE D. C.
COOK PLANT'S EMERGENCY PLAN
Dear Mr. Fitzpatrick:
In June
- 1994, we received Revision 13 to selected pages of the D.
C.
Cook Plant's emergency plan.
We have reviewed this submittal and have determined that Revision 13 is acceptable and'oes not degrade the effectiveness of your emergency planning.
Revision 13 included updates to the plant's normal organization and several new positions in the emergency organization.
The lists of personnel who would fill certain key and support positions in the emergency organization were either enlarged, revised or clarified.
Adequate references were made to revisions in the Environmental Protection Agency's Protective Action Guides and 10 CFR Part 20.
Updated information was provided on the organization responsible for conducting periodic audits of the emergency preparedness program.
Revision 13 also included several corrections and editorial changes.
