Regarding the September 27, 1994 letter on the same subject, the request should have been for unescorted access.
Therefore, please make appropriate arrangements for unescorted access for the individuals on the enclosed list who will be observing the inspection and maintenance work to be performed on the Unit 2 CRDM nozzles during the current refueling outage.
