Dear Mr. Russell:
Pursuant to our recent conversations with NRR staff, the purpose of this letter is to formally document the changes in, schedular
'commitments made to the NRC in AEP:NRC:0692CV, dated February 4, 1994.
Specifically, in AEP:NRC:0692CV, we committed to provide supplemental information pursuant to generic letter 92-08, request for additional information on items III.B, IV.B, and VI.B within 60 to 90 days after receipt of the associated Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI) application guideline.
We subsequently received the NEI application guideline.
- However, during the *July 26,
- 1994, NRC technical staff meeting with NEI, it was noted that plant specific letters would be sent by the NRC to licensees to request information similar to that which was to be included in the 60 to 90 day response letter.
As a result of the pending NRC action, we will postpone our response until receipt of the plant specific letter.
This will allow us to consolidate our response to the above generic letter items with any additional items identified in the letter.
