Dear Mr. Martin:
Pursuant to the requirements of ASME Section XI, 1983 Edition with 1983 Summer Addenda, IWA-1400(c), the following is a listing for your review of tests and examinations tentatively scheduled to be performed during the 1994, Unit 1 Refueling Outage.
The Refueling Outage is scheduled to begin early February, 1994.
Identification of specific valves (i.e. safety valves, check valves, etc.)
can be obtained by referencing the Cook Plant Valve Test Program for the Second Ten Year Inspection Interval.
Eddy Current Testing on 100: of the tubes on all four (4) steam generators.

Search and retrieval of the secondary side on all four (4) steam generators.

Visual Examinations on selected reactor closure head penetrations.

Visual Examination of disassembled check valves to check internal integrity and operability.
In-place UT Examinations on all four (4) Reactor Coolant Pump flywheels.

MT and VT of Primary Manway bolting on four (4) steam generators.
Setpoint Test all three (3) pressurizer safety valves.

Setpoint Test thirty-four (34) Class 2 and 3 safety valves.

27 Hydrostatic Tests of Class 1, 2, and 3 Systems.

UT and Surface Examination of Class 1 and 2 pipe welds.

Visual Examination of Class 1 flange bolting.

Visual Examination of Class 1,
2, and 3 component supports.
Please see the attached listing for Class 1 and 2 welds scheduled to be examined per the Second Ten Year Interval Long Term Plan.
