Dear Mr. Martin:
Pursuant to the requirements of ASME Section XI, 1983 Edition with 1983 Summer Addenda, IWA-1400(c), the following is a listing for your review of tests and examinations tentatively scheduled to be performed during the 1994, Unit 2 Refueling Outage.
The Refueling Outage is scheduled to begin early August, 1994.
Identification of specific valves (i.e. safety valves, check valves, etc.)
can be obtained by referencing the Cook Plant Valve Test Program for the Second Ten Year Inspection Interval.

Eddy Current Testing on selected reactor closure head penetrations.
Search and retrieval of the secondary side on all four (4) steam generators.
In-place UT Examination of all four (4) Reactor Coolant Pump flywheels.
Visual Examination of disassembled check valves to check internal integrity and operability.
Setpoint Test three (3) Pressurizer Safety Valves.

Setpoint Test twenty-seven (27) Class 2 and 3 Safety Valves.

UT and Surface Examination of Class 1 and 2 pipe welds.

Visual Examination of Class 1 flange bolting.

24 Hydrostatic Tests of Class 1,
2, and 3 Systems.

Visual Examination of Class 1, 2, and 3 component supports.
