conducted
by Hessrs.
Z. Falevits
and
R. Hendez of this office on November 1-
5,- 1993.
The inspection
included
a review of activities authorized for your
D. C.
Cook Nuclear
Power Station,
Units
1
and 2.
We .discussed
our inspection
findings with Hr.
W. Smith and others of your staff at the conclusion of the
inspection.
Areas
examined
during the inspection
are identified in the report.
These
areas
consisted
primarily of a review of your actions
on previously identified
inspection
items from the electrical distribution system functional inspection
(EDSFI) conducted
in 1992.
Within these
areas,
the inspection
consisted
of a
selective
examination of procedures
and representative
records, field
walkdowns
and interviews with personnel.
No violations of NRC requirements
were identified during the course of this
inspection.
In accordance
with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's
regulations,
a copy of
this letter
and the enclosed
inspection report will be placed in the
NRC
Public Document
Room.
