Dear Mr. Denton:
The attached proprietary report is identical to that submitted by our letter AEP:NRC:0531A, dated June 19, 1981.
Westinghouse has informed us that the affidavit referenced (CAW-80-75) in that submittal was incorrect.
Please consider this submittal and attachment as a
supplement to AEP:NRC:0531A to convey and clarify the application for withholding and affidavit.
The only change in technical content of the report is a minor correction on page AEP-5 where "video hard copier" is replaced with "hard copy'erminal".
Enclosed are:

One copy of "Facility Conceptual Design Description for the Technical Support Center and the EOF" (Proprietary Westinghouse and AEPSC).
