Dear Mr. Denton:
This letter responds to Mr. W. 0. Miller's letter of July 31, 1981 concerning the payment of a processing fee for our submittal No.
AEP:NRC:0372 dated May 26, 1981.
This submittal requested seven changes to the Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant Technical Specifications.
Mr. Miller states in his involve a single"safety"ssue instead of the Class II fee.
