Cook Nuclear Plant.
The information submitted herein supplements our previous transmittals on this topic and fulfills the commitments made in our AEP:NRC:0500C letter dated May 29, 1981.
Attachment No.
1 contains supplementary information on the Distributed Ignition System (DIS), instrument room isolation, and Containment Air Recirculation/Hydrogen Skimmer System fan survivability.
Attachment No.
2 contains the preliminary results of a Cook Plant analysis performed with the modified CLASIX computer code.
Attachment No.
3 contains a report on the probabilistic analysis of the calculated limiting pressure capacity of the Cook Plant containment.
Attachment No.
4 contains modified pages for the DIS Technical Specifications previously submitted.
These changes have been reviewed by the PSNRC and'.will be reviewed by AEPSC's NSDRC at their next meeting.
As requested during a telephone conversation with members of your staff, drawings of the crane wall are attached to Mr. S. Miner's copy of this transmittal as Attachment 5.
