This letter and its attachment transmit the conceptual design description for the Donald C.
Cook Nuclear Plant Technical Support Center and Emergency Operations Facility.
An extension request for delayed submittal of this information was transmitted to you by our letter No. AEP:NRC:0531B dated May 28, 1981.
Our response to Generic Letter 81-10 was submitted to you via our letter No. AEP:NRC:0531 dated April 16, 1981.
This report includes the following items of the "Required Documentations" listed in NUREG-0737 page III.A.1.2-2:

Description of the Task Functions performed in the TSC and the description of the related transfer of functions to the EOF for each emergency class:
Section 8 of this report.

- 8 $ 08 2648 In the attached Conceptual Design Report, the TSC instrumentation and data display system descriptions are based on the Westinghouse WCAP Report 9725 which describes the TSC computer system, its functions and the interfacing with plant instrumentation.
