Dear Mr. Denton:
This letter responds to Ms.
R.
M. Diggs's letter of April 22, 1981 concerning the payment of a processing fee to the Commission for our AEP:NRC:00403 submittal, dated June 16, 1980.
The submittal transmitted revised Technical Specifications incorporating the clarification of the term "operable" contained in 'new'pecification No. 3.0.5.
The-proposed Technical Specification changes contained in our submittal were forwarded to the Commission in response to Mr; D.
G. Eisenhut's letter of April 10, 1980.
Ms. Diggs. states in her letter that ONRR considers our AEP:NRC:00403 submittal to involve an administrative issue requiring a
Class II fee of $1,200.00 and a Class I duplicate i'ee of $400.00.
Accordingly, attached is a check in the amount of $1,600.00.
