This letter is in response to Mr. Steven A. Varga's letter of October 31, 1980, received on December 6, 1980, for which we requested a forty-five day extension in our letter No. AEP:NRC:00445A, dated December 4, 1980.
- Enclosed, please find five controlled copies of the Contingency Plan which will be Appendix C to the approved Modified Amended Security Plan for Donald C.
Cook Nuclear Plant.
This revision, dated
- December, 1980, revises in total the Responsibility Matrix(Chapter 4 of the Contingency Plan) as requested by your letter, and also incorporates those changes requested in the attachment to Mr. Thomas M. Novak's letter of June 30, 1980 as discussed with members of the Staff in our telephone conversation of August 5, 1980.
The enclosed information is considered proprietary in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 and should be withheld from public disclosure by withholding it from the Public Document room.
