As required by reference (a), this letter transmits one complete set of approved (where appropriate) D.C. Cook Plant reference materials for use in developing and administering our upcoming NRC initialexaminations.

Accompanying this letter are seventeen (17) boxes containing these materials.

A complete replication of these materials except as noted on Attachment 1 has been sent to Sonalysts Incorporated.

For your convenience a brief summary of the contents of these boxes is provided as Attachment 1.

The JPMs submitted are for use with initial and requalification retake exams.

The specific JPMs to be used for the requalification exam will be selected and delivered at a later date.
