1993, which transmitted the proposed scope and objectives for the Emergency Plan Exercise at D.

We have discussed the objectives with Mr. R. Krieger of your staff and it is our understanding that objective 5 will not be demonstrated during this exercis'e.

The scope of the exercise and other objectives outlined in the April 1, 1993 letter are acceptable'.
