By letter dated May 9, 1980, AEP:NRC:00121, IMECo. requested two changes to the Appendix 'A'echnical Specifications for the Donald C.
Cook Nuclear Plant Unit Nos.
1 and 2.
IMECo. considered the proposed changes to collectively constitute two Class II Amendments and a Class I Amendment as per the provisions of 10 CFR 170.22.
Accordingly, a check in the amount of $2,800.00 accompanied our sub-mittal.
We have been informed in recent telephone conversations with members of your staff that ONRR considers the changes contained in our AEP:NRC:00121 submittal to collectively constitute two Class III Amendments and a Class I Amendment requiring payment of 8,400.00.
As per ONRR's request, attached is a check in the amo
