Dear Dr. Hurley:

The following information is provided in response to NRC Bulletin 90-01, Supplement 1.

Bulletin 90-01, Supplement 1 requires the licensees to take additional actions to resolve the loss of fill-oil problem in Rosemount Model 1153 Series B, Model 1153 Series D, and Model 1154 transmitters.

There are no Rosemount Model 1153 Series B, Model 1153 Series D

or Model 1154 transmitters installed at Cook Nuclear Plant.

Based on this statement, we will take no further actions with respect to Supplement 1 of Bulletin 90-01.

This letter is submitted pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(f)

and, as

such, an oath statement is attached.
