L CENSES The U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (the Commission) has granted a request by Indiana Michigan Power Company (the licensee) to withdraw its June 29, 1989, application for amendments to Facility Operating License Nos.
DPR-58 and DPR-74 issued to the licensee for operation of the Donald C.
Cook Nuclear Plant, Unit Nos.
1 and 2, located in Berrien County, Michigan.
Notice of Consideration of Issuance of the amendments was published in the FEDERAL REGISTER on April 18, 1990 (55 FR 14507).
The purpose of the licensee's amendment requests was to revise the Technical Specifications (TS) related to the control room emergency ventilation system, Subsequently, the licensee informed the staff that the amendments are no longer requested.
Thus, the amendments application is considered to be withdrawn by the licensee.
For further details with respect to this action,.see (1) the application for amendments dated June 29,
- 1989, and (2) the staff's letters dated July 7, 1992 and August 6, 1992.
