Dear Dr. Murley:
Enclosed are two copies of the revised Indiana Michigan Power Company's Emergency Response Procedures as itemized on the enclosed document control acknowledgement letter.
Also note that two copies of the enclosure have also been directed to the Region III Administrator as requested and in accordance with 10 CFR 50, Appendix E, Section V.
These revised procedures do not decrease the effectiveness of the Donald C.
Cook Nuclear Plant Emergency Plan.
In accordance with the request made by the Document Control Desk, all personnel phone number information has been removed from the attached procedures.
This document has been prepared following Corporate procedures that incorporate a reasonable set of controls to ensure its accuracy and completeness prior to signature by the undersigned.
