Cook Nuclear Power Plant.
At the conclusion of the examination, the examination questions and preliminary findings were discussed with those members of your staff identified in the enclosed report.
During the administration of the simulator portion of the examination a safety concern was identified by the examiners.
This concern is explained in the summary portion of the examination report.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of this letter and the enclosures will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
