Dear Dr. Murley:
A meeting was held with representatives from the
- NRC, AEPSC, I&M, and Holtec International on June 5,
1991 to discuss plans to rerack the spent nuclear fuel pool at the Donald C.
Cook Nuclear Plant.
Holtec International is the contractor selected to perform licensing analysis and fabrication services.
During the meeting, Holtec summarized the results from the computer code DYNARACK's computations on the proposed new rack design.
As a result of Holtec's presentation the NRC requested a copy of the enclosed report, "DYNARACK Simulations to Demonstrate the Ability to Predict Classical Non-linear Phenomena,"
