Dear Dr. Murley:
NRC Project Management requested that we advise you when we plan to submit the results of our NFPA Code Review.
In response to that
- request, we are submitting this letter to inform you that we will submit our NFPA Code Review by November 8, 1991.
We had completed a code conformance appraisal that was limited to areas containing safe shutdown systems.
Your staff advised us, however, that it would be necessary to extend this review to all safety-related areas of the plant.
We are currently completing this extension of our initial review and, as noted above, will submit the results in writing by November 8,
1991.
This document has been prepared using Corporate procedures that incorporate a reasonable set of controls to ensure its accuracy and completeness prior to signature by the undersigned.
