Consistent with the requirements of Paragraph 6.9.1.5 of the Donald C.
Cook Nuclear Plant Technical Specifications and 10 CFR 50,59(b)(2),
the annual report for the Cook Nuclear Plant was submitted in AEP:NRC:1147 on February 28, 1991.
The purpose of this letter is to correct one typographical error in the text of the report and the steam generator tube plug dispositions for three tubes in Appendix A of the report.
For your convenience, the replacement pages for the annual report are provided in the attachment with bars in the right hand margin indicating the changes.
This document has been prepared following Corporate procedures that incorporate a reasonable set of controls to ensure its accuracy and completeness prior to signature by the undersigned.
