Dear Dr. Murley:
This letter is submitted pursuant to the requirements of 10 CFR 50.46(a)(3)(ii),
and constitutes our second annual report of changes to or errors in acceptable LOCA evaluation models or in the application of the models for the Donald C.
Cook Nuclear Plant'Units 1 and 2.
Our fuel supplier for both units, Westinghouse Electric Corporation, has informed us that there have been no changes since our last report (AEP:NRC:1118 dated February 22, 1990).
This letter has been prepared following Corporate procedures that incorporate a reasonable set of controls to ensure its accuracy and completeness prior to signature by the undersigned.
