Dear Mr. Davis:
This letter is to advise you of a schedule change for the Donald C.
Cook Nuclear Plant 1991 Emergency Preparedness Exercise from August 26, 1991 to August 27, 1991 and change the date of our Media Day from August 26, 1991 to August 20, 1991.
Mr. W.
G. Snell (NRC) concurred with the August 27 date in a telephone conversation with Ms. J.
S. Lewis (AEP) on December 10, 1990.
The 1991 exercise will not involve participation of outside agencies;
- however, emergency preparedness officials of the State of Michigan have been contacted and indicated that there are no conflicts with this date.
It is our intention to submit the 1991 Emergency Plan Exercise Scope and Objectives no later than May 29,
- 1991, 90 days prior to the exercise and to submit the complete exercise scenario package no later than June 28,
- 1991, 60 days prior to the exercise.
