Dear Mr. Perkins:
This letter is in response to Generic Letter 90-07 dated August 10, 1990, which requested updated information concerning (1) the number of candidates who will take the operator licensing examination during assigned NRC site visits; (2) the schedule for operator requalification examinati.ons; and (3) the number of candidates expected to participate in the Generic Fundamental Examination Schedule (GFES).
This information is provided for the Cook Nuclear Plant in the attachments to this letter.
This document has been prepared following Corporate procedures that incorporate a reasonable set of controls to ensure its accuracy and completeness prior to signature by the undersigned.
