Please find enclosed three copies of revised American Electric Power Service Corporation Emergency
Response
Procedures as itemized on the enclosed document control acknowledgment letter.
Also note that two copies of the enclosure have been sent directly to the Region III Administrator as requested and in accordance with 10CFR50, Appendix E, Section V.
These revised procedures do not decrease the effectiveness of the Donald C.
Cook Nuclear Plant Emergency Plan.
.In addition, it is requested that ERP 5.01, "Emergency Notification Phone Numbers" be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790(a)(6).
This document has been prepared following Corporate procedures which incorporate a reasonable set of controls to insure its accuracy and completeness prior to signature by the undersigned.
