This letter is in response to Mr. W. L. Axelson's letter dated February 14, 1986, which forwarded the subject inspection reports of the routine safeguards inspection conducted by your staff at the Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant during the period January 13-16, 1986.
Two violations were identified during the course of this inspection.
The responses to these violations are addressed in the attachment to this letter.
In accordance with 10 CFR 73.21, it is requested that the subject transmittal be withheld from public disclosure and not placed in the Public Document Room.
