Dear Mr. Denton:
With our letter No. AEP:NRC:88780 we submitted a check in the amount of 44,400.00 as payment of the application fee for the relief we requested from certain ASME code requirements as explained in that letter.
This check was subsequently returned to us by Reba M. Diggs of your staff enolosed with a letter dated August 9, 19811.
In that letter, Ms. Diggs explained that since our application was filed after the effective date of the revised 10 CFR 170, the check should have been drawn in the amount of $150.00.
Therefore, please find enclosed a check for this amount in payment of the application fees for our previous letter AEP:NRC:88780.
This document has been prepared following Corporate procedures which incorporate a reasonable set of controls to insure its accuracy and completeness prior to signature by the undersigned.
