Dear Mr. Denton:
This letter responds to Mr. A. Schwencer's letter of January 8, 1980 containing your Staff's comments on the subject plan for the Donald C.
Cook Nuclear Plant, and transmits five (5) revised copies of the Appendix C to our Modified Amended Security Plan.
A request for an extension of 45 days to answer Mr. Schwencer's letter was made via our letter No. AEP:NRC:00360A dated february 29, 1980.
In that letter we also expressed our concern that several of the NRC Staff's comments and requests would not make our contingency plan more effective.
Me still hold this view.
The attachment to this letter outlines where changes were made in the Contingency Plan to accoIImodate certain of your Staff's comments.
The attachment also details the disposition of the remaining comments made by your Staff.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 both the attachment to this letter and the enclosures are, considered proprietary and there-fore it is requested that they be withheld from public disclosure.
