Cook Nuclear Plant Units 1 and 2 is supported by Westinghouse Electric Corporation topical reports MCAP-8304 (proprietary) and MCAP-8110 Supplement 8 (non-proprietary) as revised and supplemented by Supplement 1 to WCAP-8304 dated June 27,. 1978 and additional in-formation dated October 18, 1978. The safety evaluation of WCAP-8304 as contained in Nr. John F. Stolz'etter dated December 22, 1978 to Nr. Thomas M. Anderson of the Westinghouse Electric Corporation, indicates that topical report MCAP-8304, amended as described above, is acceptable for reference in the license application for the Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant Units 1 and 2. Me hope that this infor-mation allows this matter to be closed out on our docket.
