Dear Sir:
Attached please find one copy of the annual statistical report of exposures for the year 1978 as required by 10 CFR 20.407.
This report was submitted on 5 March, 1979 and corrected on 21 September, 1979 for the Donald C.
Cook Nuclear
License Number SUB-1176 had been maintaned after the issuance of DPR-58 to permit the receipt of Source Material for Unit 2.
The License Number DPR-74 was issued on 23 December, 1977 as which time it was thought that SUB-1176 was can-celled as it was superseded by DPR-74.
Since the receipt of the notice of Over-due Personnel Exposure and Monitoring Report, dated 30 November,
- 1979, we have determined that Source Material License SUB-1176 did not expire until 30 September, 1979.
Inasmuch as it is essentially impossible for us to segregate doses related to SUB-1176 from those incurred under Licenses OPR-58 and DPR-74, we are submit-ting the same report.
lie will also submit the report for the entire year 1979 to you as well for the same
- reason, even though the License will be valid for only a portion of that time.
