COOK MODIFICATIONS TO AUXILIARYFEEDMATER SYSTEMS The attached TACs form and request for license amendment from Indiana and Michigan Power Company are forwarded to you for the Bulletin and Orders Task Force review.
This amendment in the D. C. Cook Nuclear Plant would separate shared auxiliary feedwater systems and convert the turbin driven auxiliary feed pumps from AC to DC.

In order to meet~'<the approval date requested by the licensee, we will need your SER input by-'the end of October, 1979.,If there are questions to be asked of the utility, they can be forwarded as an attach-ment to a letter from this office or the DOR project manager for D. He can also set up a meeting with the utilityif you feel one would be beneficial.
