DONALDC. COOK NUCLEAR PLANT, UNITS 1 AND 2 - TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION CHANGE TO THE CONTAINMENTBASES, WITHDRAWAL OF TECHNICALSPECIFICATION AMENDMENTAPPLICATION (TAC. NOS. MA3795 AND MA3796)
Dear Mr. Powers:
By letter dated October 8, 1998, you submitted a Technical Specification (TS) amendment application to revise applicable specifications to Containment System TS bases 3/4.6.1.4, "Internal Pressure," and 3/4.6.1.5, "AirTemperature."
However, your staff subsequently informed the NRC during a telephone conference on September 20, 1999, that the amendment is no longer requested.
Therefore, your proposed change is considered to be withdrawn. Ifthis information is not correct,,please notify the NRC of your intended actions within 10 days of receipt of this letter.
