Dear Mr. Powers:
On June 11, 1999, you provided the NRC with information that was requested of you in our letter dated June 8, 1999. We have reviewed that information and have enclosed a fist of the engineering work products which will be reviewed during the ESRR Validation Inspection.
As outlined in our previous letter, please gather this information and make it available to the NRC to support a pre-inspection planning site visit by the ESRR Validation Inspection team during the week of June 21, 1999.
