Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(f) and in compliance with NRC Generic Letter 89-07, Power Reactor Safeguards Contingency Planning for Surface Vehicle Bombs, this letter confirms that short-term actions have been included in Donald C.
Cook Safeguards Contingency Plans effective October 27, 1989.
These planning modifications have been taken to protect against attempted radiological sabotage involving a land vehicle bomb, if such a
threat were to materialize.
This letter is submitted pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(f) and, as
- such, an oath of affirmation is enclosed.
