HIGHLIGHTS:
MONTHLY OPERATING ACTIVITIES -
MAY 1988 The reporting period began with the unit at its administrative power limit of 90% reactor power.
On 5-5-88, reactor power was reduced to 79K as a
preventative measure to minimize the consequences of exceeding administrative limits on chlorides while repairs are being made on blowdown system.
Reactor power was returned to 90K reactor power on 5-5-88.
Gross electrical generation for the month of May was 703,360 MWH.
DETAILS 05-05-88 0530 05-05-88 0620 05-05-88 1426 05-05-88 2022 Reactor power was reduced to 79K.
Blowdown removed from service for repairs.
Blowdown returned back to service.
Reactor power restored back to administrative limits of 90%.
