MONTHLY OPERATING ACTIVITIES -
FEBRUARY 1988 The reporting period began with the Unit at its administrative power limit of 90K reactor power.
A planned power reduction to 55% reactor power to repair a leak on the east main feed pump emergency leak off line occurred on February 12, 1988.
Power was restored to 90$ reactor power on February 14, 1988.
The reporting period ended with the Unit at its administrative power limit of 90K reactor power.
Gross electrical generation for the month of February was 650,850 MWH.
DETAILS 2-12-88 2-14-88 At 2339, a planned power reduction to 55$ reactor power was'nitiated to repair a leak on the east main feed pump emergency leakoff line.
Power ascension was initiated at 1108 following repair of the leak.
At 2125 reactor power was restored to 90K.

1-DCR-320 (Steam Generator ONE 3-1 Blowdown 734684 Containment Isolation Valve) closed and would not reopen from the control room switch.
The diaphragm was replaced and the valve tested satisfactorily.

730207 While per forming the delta T/T average surveillance procedure 1-THP 4300.STP.006 it was determined that the T average voltage/current (E/I) module 1TY-432A was found out of calibration.
A calibration check was performed on 1-TY432A. It was found to be out of specification by 1. 1Ã.
Also found the R/E module 1TY-432A to be drifting.
The defective R/E module was replaced with a new R/E module.
R/E module 1-TY431A and E/I module 1-TY432A were recalibrated per 1-THP 6030. IMP.096, and 1-THP 4030.STP.006 was performed and the channel declared operable.
