- 1987, we are returning your letter to Hr. Hurley dated July 28, 1987 which contains a report with a proprietary classification.
Me have made no copies of the letter or report and are returning them to allow Control Data to properly protect the information.
I have also enclosed a copy of our regulations pertaining to this matter, specifically, sectfon 2.790 of-Tftle 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations.
To assist you fn preparing an affidavit, I have enclosed an example from a letter that fs available fn our public files.
.A non-proprietary copy of the report should also be prepared and we discussed the general approach followed by many other companies.
Me encourage you to resubmit the report with an affidavit and a non-proprietary version so that we may complete our review of the D. C. Cook submittals.
