The purpose of this letter is to provide a preliminary response to your letter on the control room ventilation system survey conducted at the D.
C.
Cook Nuclear Plant during the period of September 15-19, 1986.
We have received the subject letter and are in the process of evaluating and addressing the concerns mentioned in that letter.

- 1987, we will provide a status report on our findings, actions
- taken, and planned actions.
