Dear Mr. Denton:
The purpose of this letter is to inform you that Exxon Nuclear Company (ENC), our Unit 2 Cycle 6 reload fuel supplier, has transmitted to you Revision 1 to their document XN-NF-85-68(P).
This document is entitled "Donald C.
Cook Unit 2 Limiting Break LOCA/ECCS Analysis, 10% Steam Generator Tube Plugging and K(Z) Curve," and was transmitted to you by ENC via their letter GNW:057:86, dated April 24, 1986.
The revision, which supports Cycle 6
operation, reflects changes to the Fuel Cooling Test Facility (FCTF) correlations which were made at your staff's request.
We request that this revised analysis be included in our docket, No. 50-316 for Unit 2.
This document has been prepared following Corporate procedures which incorporate a reasonable set of controls to insure its accuracy and completeness prior to signature by the undersigned.
