Dear Ms. Diggs:
In our letter AEP:NRC:0940B'dated October 2, 1985, we notified the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR) of a code error in the LOCA/ECCS analysis performed by Exxon Nuclear Company (ENC) for D. C. Cook Unit 1.
The information contained in that" submittal represented a
correction of the analysis presented in the ENC report entitled "D. C. Cook Unit 1 LOCA/ECCS Analysis for Extended Exposure" (XN-NF-83-61) and its subsequent revision transmitted via letter AEP:NRC:0745T dated March 20, 1985.
As requested in your letter dated November 13, 1985, and pursuant to 10 CFR 170.12(c),
enclosed is the application fee of $150.00 for this request.
This document has been prepared following Corporate procedures which incorporate a reasonable set of controls to insure its accuracy and completeness prior to signature by the undersigned.
