Please find enclosed two copies of Revision 4 to the Donald C.

Cook Nuclear Plant Emergency Plan.

This revision incorporates changes to our emergency response plan of operations that have developed since Rev3.sion 3 was submitted.

Changes are identified by a vertical bar in the right hand margin with the exception of those made for editorial purposes (i.e. misspellings,

typos, and punctuation)

In addition< to keep the Emergency Plan 13.mited to one binder, the text was single spaced and the margins were expanded.

The changes to this revision include descriptions and organization charts of the plant and corporate emergency response organizations, designation of the DAP computer code as our primary dose assessment tool and an updated discussion of the support provided by the American Electric Power Service Corporat3.on and the Indiana S Michigan Electric Company to the plant during an emergency.

We believe that the enclosed Revision 4 does not decrease the effectiveness of the Donald C.
