Docket No. 50-443-LA-2 November 17, 2017 JOINT PROPOSAL ON HEARING SCHEDULE Pursuant to the Atomic Safety and Licensing Boards (Board) October 26, 2017, and November 8, 2017 Orders,1 NextEra Energy Seabrook, LLC (NextEra), C-10 Research &
Education Foundation, Inc. (C-10), and the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Staff (NRC Staff) (collectively, the Parties) hereby submit the following proposed hearing schedules.
As requested by the Board, the Parties conferred to develop alternative schedules (one in which new or amended contentions are filed, and one in which they are not) with deadlines based on the issuance of the Staffs Safety Evaluation (SE).2 The Parties jointly agreed to the following proposed schedules:
